Deposit-Down Coupon Rules: 20% off lodging rates per pet with a minimum 3 day deposit at current non-peak rates(off season), or peak rates (Summer & Holidays). Discount is only valid with a deposit provided at the time of the reservation, not when you arrive to drop off or pick up your pets and see a stack of coupons on the counter. Reservations for less than 3 days would pay a deposit only on dates needed. Reservations for extended travel periods may require larger deposit amounts. Can not be used with any other discounts or previous special pricing. Credit card deposits may be taken over the phone or in person to confirm reservation dates and discounts, or we can also accept a check in the mail, however, reservation is not confirmed until check arrives and clears.

All deposits are fully refundable with 10 days notice for peak dates (Summer and Holidays), and 72 hours for non peak (off season) dates. Credit card refunds require a 3% fee to cover credit card processing fees.
