Doggie Daycare Policies

• Daycare days: Monday–Friday (closed major holidays; see posted holiday calendar).
• Drop-off window: 7:00–10:00 AM.
      Arrivals before 7:00 AM or after 10:00 AM are considered off-window     and may be declined or incur a $20 late-arrival fee.
• Pick-up window: 3:00–6:00PM.
      Pick-ups after 6:00 PM incur $20 per 15 minutes late fee. After 7:00 PM, pets will be converted to overnight lodging at the nightly rate.
• Play rotation: Multiple supervised play sessions with rest/nap breaks between.
• Weather: In heat, cold, or severe weather, play may move indoors or be modified for safety.

• Group Play Daycare: For social dogs who meet all requirements.
• Day Lodging Daycare: For dogs not eligible/interested in group play; includes indoor–outdoor runs or size-appropriate enclosures. 
• Deluxe Cabin upgrades available; additional fees apply.
• Rates: $25/day.
  Packages: Buy 10, get 1 free. Packages are non‑refundable, non‑transferable, and expire 12 months from purchase. 

• Reservations required. Space is limited; holidays/peak times fill months in advance.
• Cancellation policy: Cancel by 12:00 PM (noon) the business day prior to avoid charges.
• No‑show / same‑day cancel: Charged at 100% of the day rate or 1 package credit forfeited 

•  Veterinary proof required before attendance and kept current thereafter. Required vaccines:
  • DHLPP/DA2PP (Distemper, Hepatitis/Adenovirus, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus)
  • Rabies
  • Bordetella (*must be administered at least 7 days before attendance and within the last       *11 months).
• Flea/Tick  prevention: Dogs must be current on monthly preventatives. Pets arriving with      fleas/ticks will receive treatment at owner expense and may be dismissed      from play.
• Illness/Injury: Dogs must be free of contagious illness and not have vomited/diarrhea within 24      hours prior to arrival. If your dog has been ill within 30 days, a vet clearance is required.
• Medications: We can administer owner‑provided meds per label. Original packaging and      written instructions required. Fees may apply.

•   Age: Minimum 12 weeks.
• Spay/Neuter: Required for dogs 6 months to participate in Group Play.
• Temperament: Dogs must be friendly, non‑aggressive, non‑resource‑guarding, respond to their name, and play appropriately.
• Evaluation: A temperament test and trial day are required for Group Play; approval is at staff      discretion and can be revisited anytime.
• Refusal/Removal: For safety, we may adjust groups, remove a dog from play, or suspend daycare at any time.

•   Meals & treats given on request; please inform staff of instructions. Treats may be given inform staff of any food related allergies. 
• Owner‑provided  food must be labeled in a sealed container or bag with the dog’s name and measured portions. Raw diets must be pre‑portioned and sealed.
• Belongings: We provide bedding, blankets, bowls, and toys. Please do not bring personal      beds/bowls/toys; items can be lost or damaged. If brought, we are not responsible for wear or loss.

• Injury risk: Play and group dynamics carry inherent risk. Minor nicks/scratches can occur even with supervision.
• Emergency care authorization: If your pet needs veterinary care, we will attempt to contact you      first; if unreachable, you authorize us to seek treatment at our  partner veterinarian or your listed vet, and agree to be responsible  for all costs.
• Heat/cold protocols: We may shorten or split sessions, increase water breaks, use      splash/kiddie pools, or move indoors. 

•  Aggression/biting: Any incident will be documented. We may require private daycare, professional training, or dismissal from Group Play.
• Excessive barking/stress: We may move dogs to Day Lodging Daycare for decompression and safety.
• Female in heat: Not permitted  in daycare. If a heat cycle begins while attending, immediate pick‑up is  required.

•  Payment due at pick‑up (or package credit deducted).
• Late pick‑up fee: $20 per 15 minutes after 6:00 PM.
• Late arrival fee: $20 when arriving outside the 7:00–10:00 AM window (subject to availability).
• Damage fees: You are  responsible for costs arising from your pet’s damage to facilities or   others’ property.
